Why we built it
We're two South African founders who kept watching the same thing happen: good owners drowning in reminders. The quote nobody followed up. The EMP201 that came down to the last day. The leave they never took because everything ran through their phone.
The businesses weren't badly run. The owner was simply the system, and there's only so much one person can remember.
So we built Forenota: an assistant that lives where teams already talk, keeps the list, chases the right person and only brings the owner in when a decision is needed.
